INFINOX Capital was formed in 2009 by our CEO Robert Berkeley.
He identified that the large FX brokerages in the marketplace were not focused on providing sufficient customer service to all of their clients. His vision was to provide a premium client service to every single client who trades with us and treat each client like a client, not like an account number.
In 2009, we obtained our Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulation and entered the marketplace with the fresh approach. Before launching our own brand, we licensed first the Vantage FX brand, and subsequently the GO brand. The INFINOX team quickly built an enviable reputation as a key player in FX industry. The focus for our CEO Robert Berkeley is, and has always been, his focus on ultimate trading technology and delivering excellent customer service.
What became obvious in 2016 is that the only way for us to continue to provide clients with a market leading technology and the required client service was to introduce our own individual brand. We did that - we launched our INFINOX brand in 2016, and are now exclusively INFINOX branded worldwide.
Our culture has always been focused on developing relationships with partners, introducing brokers (IBs) and clients. We have an incredibly talented and dedicated team that has been focused on delivering a premium client experience and competitive product offering.Through our significant growth and success over the years, we now have 2 main operational centers. Our headquarters remain in London, and our China team located in Shanghai. Over 100 colleagues are working together to provide a truly premium customer service and advanced technology to every single client in Europe and Asia.

2016 has been marked by the changing regulatory environment. We’ve seen regulators in Europe, the United Kingdom and other regions increasingly react to the need for client protection.
INFINOX’s commitment to clients has two dominant aspects.
Firstly, as transparent pricing and execution is always at the front of our business, we have greatly increased real-time data visibility, combined with instant deposits and withdrawals. And we will shortly introduce an increased range of tools, webinars and analytics to allow our clients trade and transact even more seamlessly.
Secondly, our client money insurance covers any shortfall between the Financial Compensation Scheme (FSCS) limit of £50,000 per person and the level of funds held for a client by Infinox in the event of Infinox being declared in default or insolvent. Customers whose money is held in segregated accounts and who qualify as eligible claimants under the FCA's COMP rules (https://www.handbook.fca.org.uk/handbook/COMP/4/) may be covered by our client money insurance.
